He is survived by: his children, Carl M. Church Jr. (Miranda) of Bloomsburg and Tammy M. Church of Berwick; his grandchildren, Riley A. Church of Bloomsburg and Katlynn E. Church of Bloomsburg; and his brother Joseph Church of Wilkes-Barre.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. (745 Market St, Bloomsburg, PA 17815).
