Carl G. Bower Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2025, at the age of 96, Carl G. Bower of Berwick, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Carl shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carl farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon C. Bower and Ruth Bower (Sherman); and his wife Ruth A. Sponenberg. He is survived by: his sons, David A. Bower (Marion) of Gettysburg, Daniel L. Bower (Peggy) of Conyngham and Richard C. Bower (Elaine Gunderson) of Berwick; his grandchildren, William Edward Bower, Justin C. Bower, Lindsey L. Bower (William Ficco), Andrew R. Bower and Shelby L. Bower (Tyler Reilly); and his great grandchild Tobey Reilly.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Grove Cemetery.
