He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward and Leona Lena Hornberger (Daniels); and his brother Glenn H. Hornberger. He is survived by: his wife Shirley E. Hornberger of Berwick; his children, Christene Hornberger of Berwick, Carla Slowick (Lee) of Nescopeck and Curtis Hornberger (Jaruwan) of Gulfport, MS; and his brother Earl Hornberger (Joyce). He is also survived by five grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
