He is survived by: his children, Edward P. Ruckel of Shickshinny, Gail Homyack of Pittston and Lori Nesbitt (Ronald) of South Carolina; and his sisters, Linda Killian (John) of Shickshinny Valley, Janice Sink (Richard) of Beach Haven and Thelma Shoemaker of Shickshinny. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
