She is survived by: her children, Larry Hook of Berwick, Jeffrey Hook of Lebanon and Lorie Abbott (John) of Middletown; her grandchildren, Larry Hook, Jr. (Melissa), Daniel Hook (Amy), Christopher Abbott (Samantha), Derek Hook (Lidya) and Jenna Abbott; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Austin, Lyla, Levi, Eleanor, Lily, Luke, Mira, Nara and Benjamin; and her sister-in-law Patricia Galkowski (Edward).
