He was predeceased by : Wade Sassman (Barbara Farver). He is survived by : his parents, Amy Jo Milheim (Michael Mowery) and Corey J. Hoagland (Rebecca Shimko); his siblings, Selena Hoagland, Michael Mowery Jr. and Alexis Shimko; his niece Ava Rose Perry; his aunts and uncles, Nikki Beadle, Megan Milheim (Gene Prebola), Michael Farver (Sharron), Mark Farver (Karen), Joe Farver (Jennifer) and Michele Bagot (Robin); and his grandparents, Cindy Milheim (Kenny), Dave Milheim (Shelly) and Rose Beadle.
