He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth Ann Walker and Buck; his daughter Jentri Seltzer (Michael Martin) of Pittsburgh; his sisters, Jessica Askey (Bill Parks) of Johnstown, PA, Alison "Almo" Hottenstein of Mifflinville and Felicia "Pnut" Eyster of Danville; his nieces and nephews, Alex, Cadyn, Nevaeh, Mariah and Ema; and his girlfriend Samantha Smith.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Jay's memory may be sent to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
