It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Lucy Pantalone Ruhmel of Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arther Pantalone and Josephine Pantalone (Spezialetti); and her stepdaughter Lori. She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Ruhmel; her children, Guy Franklin Slusser of Berwick, Stephanie Bender (Adam) of Phenix City, AL, April Docherty (Shawn) of Berwick, Scott Ruhmel (Dianne) of Berwick, Drew Ruhmel (Stephanie) of Berwick and Diane Kishbaugh (Mike) of Berwick; and her siblings, Rosemarie Splain (Roger) of Leonardtown, MD, Mary Yeager of Berwick and Franklin Pantalone of Berwick. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
