He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcelo Velasquez Parrilla and Ventura Feliciano; and his daughter Janis Parrilla Dorsey. He is survived by: his children, Jose Ernesto Parrilla (Ana Cecilia) of Carmel, NY, Leslie Parrilla of Berwick, Carlos Parrilla (Jill) of Martinsburg and Alysha Parrilla of Lewistown; his son-in-law Thomas Dorsey of Lansdowne; and his sisters, Rosa Inez Perez of Puerto Rico, Maria Antonia Arzuaga of Puerto Rico and Migdalia Velesquez DeJesus of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
