He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Goldsworthy and Elsie Goldsworthy (Ermisch); and his sisters, Patricia Gibbs and Donna Mihalik. He is survived by: his wife Bernadine Goldsworthy (Mihalik); his daughter Bernadette Kukowski; his grandchildren, Amber, Elizabeth, Nicole and Garrick; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Logan, Chase and Noah; his sister Linda Elliot of California; and his brother-in-law Larry Mihalik of Hazelton.
