He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Howells and Margaret Howells (Zubey). He is survived by: his children, Amy Ney (John) and Michael Howells; his grandchildren, Britney, Ashley and Tyler; and his siblings, Thomas Howells (Louise), Martha Howells and Margaret Cusanelli (Tony). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
