He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Williams and Verna Williams (McAfee); and his siblings, Russel Lee Williams and Patricia Ann Kowalski. He is survived by: his daughters, Jo Hanna Whitmire (Patrick) of Berwick, Holly Seltzer (Chad) of Mt. Top, Karen Laidacker (Sean Casey) of Hobby and Ashley Kishbaugh (Kyle) of Mt. Top; his grandchildren, Emilie Polly (Ryan), Erinn Whitmire, Grady Seltzer, Elaina Seltzer, Jaiden Laidacker, Tanner Laidacker and Emersyn Casey; his nieces and nephews, Kelly Marinaro, Janel Yorks, Belinda Smith and Michael Kowalski; Nancy Scala.
