With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shawn T. Nevel of Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2024 at the age of 52. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shawn T. Nevel to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his parents, Franklin Nevel of Orangeville and Susan Nevel (Hauck) of Berwick; his wife Crystal L. Hock; his daughters, Olivia Dawson of San Marcos and Grace; his parent-in-law Kyle Furuglyas of Norfolk, Virginia; his grandson Lincoln Furuglyas of Norfolk, Virginia; his brother Brian Nevel (Danielle) of Hetlerville; his nephew Carter Nevel of Hetlerville; and his uncles, Robert Hauck of Allentown and Mark Hauck (Susan) of Mifflinville. He is also survived by his parents and step mother.

In lieu of flowers, Shawn's request was that donations be sent to VFW Post 821, 1408 W. Front St., Berwick, PA 18603 to help fellow veteran's and veteran's programs.
