He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Zelinske and Margaret Zelinske (Lynch); and his sister Margaret "Peggy" Kutney (Jerome "Jerry"). He is survived by : his wife Donna Zelinske (Mazzochetti); his children, Jill McCormack, Tara Kachurka (Todd) and Mark Zelinske; his grandchildren, Kyle, Nina McCormack, Alexandra, Lauren Zelinske, Kaylee and Emalee Kachurka; his sisters-in-law, Patricia, Lorraine and Pamela; and his brother Joseph Zelinske (Elizabeth). He is also survived by brother; countless nieces and nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
