He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Woodin and Edith Sitler (Ressler); his wife Bonnie Burke; his son Thomas Sitler Jr.; and his siblings, Sheldon, Lemuel Sitler and Irene Frantz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Frankford (Todd) of Berwick and Rhonda Hallowich (Mark) of Florida; his grandchildren, Mark, Zachary, Joshua Hallowich, Robert, Cheyanne, John, Mariah and Julia Frankford; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Mia, Haisley and Mason.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home and Cremation Services (1024 N Market St, Berwick, PA 18603). The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Elan Memorial Park (5595 Old Berwick Rd, Bloomsburg, PA 17815).
