She was predeceased by: her parent Ruth Featherman; and her son Brian K. Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Clarence S. Phillips; her daughters, Cora M. Soboleski (Christopher) of Berwick and Tracy L. Rough (Ronald) of Berwick; her daughter-in-law Pam Phillips of Benton; her grandchildren, Christopher (Lexi), Tricia (Stephen), Chelsea, Sean and Nicole; her great-niece Hailee Mae; and her siblings, Cindy Fowlers, Carl, Gary, Lawrence, Timothy and Harry.
