She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Smith (Jerry); and her parents, Steven Breznay and Anna Breznay. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Smith (Kathy) and Rebecca "Becky" Mathews (Jerry); her grandchildren, Kelly Spinnenweber (Adam), Kaitlin Scheeser (Scott), Megan Hampel (Patrick), Molly Mathews and Ryan Mathews; and her siblings, William, Francis Breznay and Pauline Robinson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, Inc. (5570 Library Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Valentine Catholic Church (2710 Ohio St, Bethel Park, PA 15102).
