He was predeceased by: John Bonaccorsi. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Lee and Edward Lee (Vivian); his wife Jacquelyn Lee (Toth); his siblings-in-law, Michael Toth (Kate Kelly) and Ashley Toth; his niece Ava Toth; his nephew Jacob Toth; Joyce Bonaccorsi and Faye.
