He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara O'Neil, Beth Higgins and Maria Will; his son-in-law Mark Higgins; his grandchildren, Liam O'Neil, Patrick O'Neil, Nora O'Neil, Conor Higgins and Clare Thomason (Joe); his great grandchildren, Violet Higgins, John Thomason, Mary Thomason and Ginny Thomason; his sisters-in-law, Marge Will, Dolores Carlson and Evelyn Ferguson; and his caregivers, Greg, Tiffany, Sue, Angela, Chan, Jodie, Angelina and Stacey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Freyvogel Slater Funeral Directors (112 Fort Couch Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15241). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (126 Fort Couch Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15241).
