He was predeceased by: his daughter Penny M.; his parents, Halbert K. Swift and Margaret E. Swift; and his sister Norine. He is survived by: his spouse Andrea Swift; his children, David O. Swift (Beth), Amy B. Ferkett (Kirk), Grampa of Alex Swift, Hannah Ferkett and Naomi Ferkett; and his siblings, Marilyn, William, Diana and Joanne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
