She is survived by: her husband Bart Forsyth; her children, Brittany McCormick (Matt) and Cameron Forsyth (Mia); her grandchild Maisy Eileen McCormick; her siblings, Cindy Leaf (Dave), Pat Kelly (Eleanor), Kevin Kelly (Bonnie), Marcine Obiecunas (late Jerry) and Terry; and her siblings-in-law, Will Forsyth (Jane), Brett Forysth (Mary), Jackie Orbich (Joe), Robbie Forsyth (Susan) and Brian Forsyth (Karri). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
