He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis and Rebecca Walker; his wife Carolyn Walker (Lippincott); and his grandson Steven Spring. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Soboczenski, Laurel Hager, Cynthia Cooper and William Foster Walker, Jr..
