He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie B. Bitner and Lena Louise Bitner (Sauer); his former wife Mary Patricia Bitner (McConville); and his son Rick Bitner. He is survived by: his wife Judy Nesvisky; and his children, Terri Spencer (Scott), Bob Bitner (Claudia), Rita Stone (Bob) and Ann Graeca (Jim).
