He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" O'Farrell and Anne O'Farrell; his wife June O'Farrell (Anton); his daughter Eileen Sutton (Mike); and his siblings, Margaret (Ray), Jimmy, Patsy Sharek (Stan), Janet and Timmy O'Farrell.
He is survived by: his children, John "Michael", David, Kathy, Connie, Nancy Smith (Vincent) and Brian (Andrea); his grandchildren, Ashley Zimmerman (Travis), Vincent Smith and Cara O'Farrell-Crippin (Anthony); his great grandchild Carter Crippin; and his siblings, Tommy (Cathy), Maureen and Chris O'Farrell.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (400 Hoodridge Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15234).
