He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Bauer and Dorothy Bauer (Smith). He is survived by: his spouse Beverly E. Bauer (Sands); his children, Amy Forbes (George), Allison Welch (John) and Adam Bauer (Sarah); his grandchildren, Sadie, Sophie Aram, Molly, Nora, Emma Welch, Anna, Luke Bauer, Auburn and Georgia Forbes; and his siblings, John Gannon (Arlene), Bo Gannon (Judy), Christine Matyi (James), Michael Bauer (Jayme), Mark Bauer (Susan), Fran Gannon (Carole), Pete Bauer (Shelley), Maryann Koyro (Dave) and Rich Gannon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests that all those in attendance---to the funeral home and church---kindly wear a mask.
