He is survived by: his wife Aida Mercado-Levy; his daughter Jenna Levy; his stepchildren, Tiffany Arcelay of Bethlehem, Angela Guzman (Carlos) of Bethlehem and Andrue Velazquez of Bethlehem; his brother Gary Levy (Hope) of Miami, FL; and his grandchildren, Tysaiah Rollins of Bethlehem, Tavian Rollins of Bethlehem, Kaiden Arcelay of Bethlehem and Ariah Guzman of Bethlehem.
