She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Kemp and Neta Kemp (Mensinger); her husband Alan Fulmer; her sisters, Shirley and Arlene; and her granddaughter Kelsey.
She is survived by: her children, Alana Rowden (James), Alison Fulmer and Brad Fulmer (Elizabeth); her grandsons, Adam Rowden (Katie Chen), Nathan Rowden, Jonathan Fulmer and Brian Moyer; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell Rowden, Samantha Rowden, Lillian Rowden and Jameson Fulmer.
