Foley (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania), born in Plymouth, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Rozanski and Blanche Rozanski (Haracz); and her husband Bill Foley. She is survived by : her children, Bill Foley of Emmaus, Suzette Stephens (Joseph) of Dallas, TX and Suzanne Sharpe (John) of Allentown; and her grandchildren, Jack, Megan, Sam, Colin, Julia and Gwen.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Arlene's memory to an animal rescue of their choice.
