He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Louis Shaw and Margaret Shaw (Carr). He is survived by: his son William Madison Shaw (Jessica Unger); his wife Diane Windham Shaw; his sister Elizabeth Barham (Richard); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Windham (Teri) and Rebecca Windham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
