She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Amato and Rose Amato; and her brother Dr. Wayne Amato. She is survived by: her husband Ronald V. DeMaio, Sr.; her children, Ron V. DeMaio Jr. (Ken Shutter), David (Debbie DeMaio) and Maria DeMaio (Joey Krenos); and her sister Judy Amato. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
