She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Houck and Esther Houck (Jones); her son Richard W. Ede Jr.; and her son-in-law Charles "Chuck" Ward. She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Ede Sr.; her daughters, Karen Ward of Bethlehem, Gretchen Ottaly (Frank) of Bethlehem Township and Kristine Glidden of Florida; her adoptive daughter Jackie Fehnel; her grandchildren, Christian Keller (Casie), Jennifer Keller (Donald Marano), Jodi Marshall (Dave), Allison Butz (Mike Weaver), Sarah Ede, Thomas Ede (Laura), Madeline Schwartz (Michael), Mike Ede, Benjamin Glidden (Maegan) and Adam Glidden; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Baylin Keller, Abigail Gunn, Dylan Marshall, Jazmine, Hailey Gibbons, Parker, Bella Glidden and Jack Ede.
