He was predeceased by : his father-in-law Ronald C. Mulhollan. He is survived by : his wife Heather DePaolis (Mulhollan); his sons, Tyler of Bethlehem, Adam of Bethlehem and Connor DePaolis of Bethlehem; his parents, Ronald DePaolis and Stephanie DePaolis (Muschlitz) of Allentown; his sister Gina DePaolis Shemanski of Bethlehem; his mother-in-law Judy Mulhollan (Venture) of DuBois; his brother-in-law Brian D. Mulhollan (Melissa) of DuBois; his nieces, Megan Mulhollan of Durham, NC, Grace and Miley Shemanski of Bethlehem; and his nephew Matthew Mulhollan of DuBois. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers and other memorial gifts, our family kindly requests monetary donations toward the boys' education.
