He is survived by: his mother Ann; his siblings, Douglas Kuhn (Lois) of Bethlehem Twp and Claudia Ann Klahre (Douglas) of Lake James, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Erik Kuhn (Erin), Melissa Brady (Matt), Hillary Pownall (Alex), Derek Klahre (Samantha) and Logan Brady. He is also survived by 3 great-nieces.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
