He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Strouse and Loretta Strouse (Erney); and his wife Deborah Strouse. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Gabrielle and Chloe; his daughter Crystal Helverson (Scott, Jr.); his siblings, Ray Strouse (Betty) and Nancy Strouse; and his nieces, Jessie, Laura, Jennifer and Bobbi Jo.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ebenezer New Reformed Church (3221 Bingen Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18015). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bingen Sunrise Memorial Cemetery (3221 Bingen Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18015).
