He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Timothy G. Cassidy. He is survived by: his mother Mary O'Grady (Baker); his sons, Daniel, Matthew R. O and Grady; the mother of his children Rita O'Grady; his son Brother Michael O'Grady (Lisa); and his sisters, Kathleen, Cassidy and Rose O'Grady (David Boden). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
