With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Hlavinka of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 6, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas A. Hlavinka; and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his mother Judith A. Hlavinka (Stahl) of Bethlehem; his brother Mark (Kristin) of Macungie; his nephew Alexander; his niece Jamie Lee; and his aunts, Dottie Hlavinka Tritsch of Lewisburg, PA, Cheryl Stahl (David) of Bethlehem and Shelby Stahl Foley (Terry) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Center for Animal Health and Welfare or Blessed Trinity Lutheran Church.
