He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Neidig; his parents, Belden Neidig and Nadine Neidig (Klein); his sister Joan Mertz; his stepson-in-law Alfred Fritzinger, Jr.; and his stepgrandson Eric.
He is survived by: his daughter Valarie Berger (Jay); his grandchildren, Matthew, Justin, Baylen, Connor, Alyssa, Riley and Levi; his stepdaughters, Tammy Fritzinger, Jill Colonna (Isadore) and Dawn Belchunes; and his stepgrandchildren, Christopher, Jared, Alyssa, Nick and Tara.
