He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa M. "Teri" Polczer (Sebio). He is survived by: his father Stephen Polczer; his brother Stephen J Polczer; his niece Kathryn; and his nephews, Stephen and Sean. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews.
