He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Ruberry and Agnes Boyle Ruberry; and his brother William J. Ruberry III. He is survived by: his cousins, Edward G. Allan of Charlotte, NC and Raymond J. Fluor of Barnegat, NJ; his nephew Scott Ruberry of Rio Rancho, NM; and his cousin Robert J. Allan of Montgomery Alabama.
