He was predeceased by: his parents, George Swearingen and Wilma Swearingen (Cunningham). He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. "Sandy" Swearingen; his daughter Jennifer Sue Kincaid (Michael) of Bethlehem, A. J; and his grandchildren, Colin James Kincaid and Samantha Lyn Kincaid of Allentown.
