He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Green (Nauman); and his parents, Peter S. Green and Judith Green (Brewer). He is survived by: his children, Lynn Pignatelli of Springfield, PA, Bruce Green of South Portland, Douglas Green of Bath, PA, Bryan Green of Allentown, PA, Clark Green of Port Matilda, PA, Susan Chenski of Bath, PA and Jonathan Green of Bangkok. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Donald's name may be sent to St. John's Lutheran Church, 37 South Fifth Street, Allentown, PA 18101.
