He is survived by: his wife Llyena Boylan; his sons, Shawn Spieth (Christine) of Dallas, TX and Stow Spieth (Tina Guerrieri) of Schwenksville, PA; his grandchildren, Jordan Spieth (Annie) of Dallas, TX, Ellie Spieth of Dallas, TX and Steven Spieth (Maeve) of Austin, TX; his great grandchildren, Sammy and Scout; his stepchildren, Alexis Boylan (Micki McElya) of Cambridge, MA and Gabriel Boylan (Christine Smallwood) of Brooklyn, NY; and his stepgrandchildren, Lonnie and Damon.
