She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edward and Vivian Hope Campbell (Martin); and her brother William Barnes. She is survived by: her children, Winfred L. Dobbins, Jr., Joehan A. Dobbins, Vivian J. Dobbins-Pryce, Keya Dobbins and Mia K. Dobbins; and her siblings, Iris Brent, Elizabeth Brooks (Campbell), Namon Barnes and Joseph E. Campbell, Jr.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
