She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Medellin, Sr. and Patricia Medellin (Christman); and her sister Deborah Greenleaf. She is survived by: her husband David H. Hunsberger; her children, David H. Hunsberger II (Leann Kralik) of Bushkill Township, Kristen Lutri of Bethlehem Township and Julia Houck (Matthew) of West Easton; her son-in-law Cregg Lutri of Wilson Borough; her siblings, Joseph Medellin, Jr. (Kathy) of Palmer Township, Dorothy "Dot" L. Vail (Donald) of Williams Township, Denise Medellin of Bethlehem Township and Bernadette Sadanand (Santosh) of Alpha, NJ; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Keirra Lutri, Isabella, Jolene Hunsberger, Julianna, Jack Bolcer and Josiah Houck.
