She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Osifchin and Margaret Osifchin (Chanda). She is survived by: her husband Patrick Conley; her siblings, Susan Connochie (Lloyd Hayes), David, Steven Osifchin (David Wentz) and Gary Osifchin (Wesley Wolfe); her siblings' children, Paige Osifchin (Andrew Durholz) and Daniel Connochie (Julie); her great-nieces, Isla Margaret Durholz and Blair Elaine Connochie; and her uncles, Robert Osifchin (Sandy) and Edward Osifchin.
