He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Slavicz and Mary Slavicz (Sebjanics); and his wife LaRue Slavicz. He is survived by: his son Edward M. (Susan Slavicz). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
