She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephon Lancsek and Rose Lancsek (Koszar); her husband Nickolas D. Perrett, Sr.; her siblings, John, Stephen, Mary, Esther, Adam and Theresa; her children, Diane Wasley (Scott), Lisa Perrett-Rossetti (Butch), Nickolas D. Perrett (Randi) and Mario Perrett (Rachel); her grandchildren, Adrienne, Dominic (Cassidy), Nicholas (Abigail), Sarah (Alec), Luca and Ali (Tim); and her great grandchildren, James and Aiden.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Rose Lancsek. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
