She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Sutton and Pauline Mertz Sutton; and her siblings, Eva Smith, Art Sutton and Raymond Sutton Jr. (Kate).
She is survived by: her husband Thomas E. Slack Sr.; and her children, Thomas E. Slack Jr. (Alice), Terry Tomino (Randy Harris), Brad Scott (Stephanie Bronico) and Ebby Sandt (Gary). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
