She was predeceased by: her husband George Fallos; her parents, Anna Yasen (Homyak) and John Yasen; her great grandchild Wyatt McGrath; and her sisters, Pearl Meckulch, Irene Naypaver and Mary "Murph" DeMain.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Alpaugh (William) of Bethlehem, PA, Jonathan Fallos (Kris) of Easton, PA and Deborah Pickering (Jerry); her grandchildren, Adrianna, Alexa, William (Raegan), Konner, Joshua, Kaley and Rachel (Juan); and her brother Edward Evaniuk (Judee).
