She was predeceased by: her husband William Q. Clater; her parents, Oliver Fulmer and Carrie Fulmer (Hemmerly); and her sisters, Joyce Schlamb, June Schafer, Gloria Fulmer and Jane Wiley.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Elaine; and her children, William Eugene Clater of Kreidersville, Vern Clater (Elaine) of Bethlehem and Kathy Dexter. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
